The Ferrari Portofino is Ferrari’s latest model. The new 2018 Portofino is the formal replacement to the Ferrari Californa T. This car is to serve as Ferrari’s entry level model. This car is a convertible with a retractable hardtop like its predecessor. The Portofino measure’s 0.6 inch longer and 1.0 inch wider than the Californa. The Portofino is powered by a front mounted twin-turbocharged 3.9 liter V-8 like the Californa T.
The Portofino is measured to make 592hp @ 7,500 rpm and 561 lb-ft @ 3,000 rpm thanks to a new intake system, redesigned pistons, revamped connecting rods, and improved exhaust system and new engine-management system. Ferrari Claims the Portofino can run from 0 to 62 mph in 3.5 seconds car and driver tested a Californa T it returned a 0 to 60 mph time of 3.3. So it is much likely a conservative 0 to 62 time. Ferrari will formally unveil the 2018 Portofino at the Frankfurt autoshow this year in September.
